Most questions have a short answer. If yours is not here, email us.

Getting an address

  • ●How do I get an address? Two ways. Mint one yourself on the Generator page — you pick the letters you want and your browser searches for a matching address. Or buy one that has already been generated from the Marketplace.
  • ●Which networks are supported? EVM addresses (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon — the same address works on all three), TRON, and Solana.
  • ●How long does minting take? It depends entirely on how many characters you require. Each additional character makes the search about 16 times harder on EVM, and about 58 times harder on TRON and Solana. The Generator shows an estimate before you start, based on measured search speed in a browser.
  • ●Why does a TRON or Solana search cost so much more? Those addresses use a 58-character alphabet, so a given prefix turns up far less often than on EVM's 16-character alphabet.

Paying

  • ●What can I pay with? USDT, on any of the networks offered at checkout. Prices are quoted in USDT.
  • ●Can I pay on a different network from the one the address belongs to? Yes. Payment and the address are independent — you can pay with USDT on TRON for an Ethereum address.
  • ●My payment says pending. What does that mean? The transaction is on-chain but has not reached the required number of confirmations yet. It is not a failure. Leave the page and come back — the order updates itself.
  • ●What if I send the wrong amount, or the wrong token? An underpayment does not complete the order. A look-alike token is rejected outright. Contact us with the transaction hash and we will sort it out.
  • ●I paid after the payment window closed. The reservation was released, so the order was not completed automatically. Contact us with the transaction hash.

Your private key

  • ●Where do I find my private key? On the order page, after payment is confirmed. It is shown through a one-time link — open it when you are somewhere you can save it safely.
  • ●I lost my private key. Can you send it again? Not the key itself — we hold it only in encrypted form and do not have it available to read out. But we can re-issue the delivery link, which will show the key again. Email us from the account that bought it.
  • ●The delivery link says it has already been claimed. That means the key was already revealed once. If that was not you, contact us immediately and also check the order history on your account.
  • ●How do I import the private key? EVM and TRON: paste the 64-hex key straight into the wallet import screen. Solana: Phantom and Solflare reject the hex form, so use the Base58 string shown next to the key — it is the same key in a different notation. After importing, the address your wallet shows must match the address on the page exactly. If it does not match, do not send funds to it and contact us immediately.

Refunds

  • ●Can I get a refund? If the private key was never revealed to you, yes — full refund, or we re-issue a working delivery link, your choice. Once the key has been shown to you, the sale is final: a private key cannot be returned or invalidated.
  • ●More detail is in section 5 of the Terms of Service.

Selling and auctions

  • ●Can I auction an address I minted myself? No. Self-mined addresses can only be listed for direct sale. This is a deliberate restriction, not a bug.
  • ●Can I bid on my own auction? No.
  • ●How do auction payments work? Bidding reserves nothing from your wallet. If you win, you pay in USDT within the payment window, the same way as a marketplace purchase.
