Terms of Service

1. What CryptoMint is

CryptoMint is a marketplace for vanity cryptocurrency addresses — addresses that contain a word, a name, or a recognisable pattern.

We do three things: we let you generate addresses yourself in your browser, we sell addresses that have already been generated, and we run auctions on selected addresses. We are not a wallet, a custodian, or an exchange. We never hold funds on your behalf.

2. Accounts and wallet login

There is no password and no email registration. You sign in by signing a message with your own wallet. Your wallet address is your account identifier.

You are responsible for your wallet and its keys. We cannot recover a wallet for you, and we cannot reverse anything recorded on a public blockchain.

3. Addresses and private keys

• ●A private key is written as 64 hexadecimal characters, without a 0x prefix. It is the only thing that controls the address. EVM and TRON keys import into a wallet directly; a Solana key is an ed25519 seed and wallets reject the hex form, so import the Base58 string supplied alongside it (see the FAQ below).
• ●Addresses you generate yourself in the browser: the private key is created in your browser and is never sent to us unless you explicitly choose to list the address for sale.
• ●Addresses you buy from us: the private key is encrypted and delivered through a single-use link. The link works once.
• ●Once a private key has been revealed to you, we cannot revoke it, invalidate it, or take it back.
• ●Keep a copy of any private key you receive. We retain the encrypted form so that we can re-issue a delivery link, but we cannot protect you from losing your own copy.

4. Orders and payment

• ●Prices are shown in USDT and are payable on the networks listed at checkout. The amount due is per network and is shown before you confirm.
• ●Payment is verified on-chain: we check the transaction succeeded, that it went to our payment address, that it transferred the correct USDT contract, and that the amount received covers the order total.
• ●A transaction that has been broadcast but has not reached the required number of confirmations is treated as pending, not as failed. Your address stays reserved for the payment window shown on the order.
• ●If the payment window closes before your transaction is confirmed, the reservation is released and the payment is not applied to the order. Please contact us before sending again.
• ●Underpayments are not treated as paid. Overpayments are not refunded automatically — contact us.

5. Refunds, cancellations and delivery failures

This section matters more than any other on this page, because a private key is a digital item that cannot be returned once it has been handed over.

The rule we apply is simple: if the private key has never been revealed to you, you get your money back; once it has been revealed, the sale is final.

• ●You never received the private key and no delivery link was successfully opened: contact us. We will either re-issue a working delivery link or refund the order in full.
• ●You opened the delivery link and the private key was shown on screen: the purchase is final. A private key cannot be returned or invalidated — the address already belongs to whoever holds that key.
• ●Free claims: no payment is involved, so there is nothing to refund. Free claims are rate-limited and may require on-chain activity on your wallet.
• ●Auction sales follow the same rule: once the winning bidder has received the private key, the sale is final.

6. Auctions

• ●Bids are binding commitments. Placing a bid does not take funds from your wallet; payment is settled after the auction closes and the winning bidder is notified.
• ●A seller may not bid on their own auction.
• ●Addresses you generated yourself can only be listed for direct sale, not for auction.
• ●If the winning bidder does not complete payment within the payment window, the address may be offered to the next bidder or relisted.

7. Acceptable use

Use CryptoMint lawfully, and do not use it to launder money, to evade sanctions, to defraud anyone, or to attack the service. Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass our rate limits.

We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe it is being misused, or where we are required to by law.

8. Availability, changes and risk

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We may change, add, or remove features, and we may update these terms — the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Blockchain networks, wallets, and RPC providers are outside our control. Network congestion, forks, and third-party outages can delay or disrupt generation, payment verification, and delivery.

Addresses are cryptographic artefacts. A beautiful address offers no security benefit over any other address: it is exactly as safe as the private key behind it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for losses caused by losing your own private key, by sending funds to an address you do not control, or by your own wallet or device being compromised.
